Refund policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products and hope you love your purchase. As each item is carefully inspected and packaged, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Limited Warranty
Swell LLC warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
To be eligible for warranty service, the purchaser must:
1. Register the product within seven (7) days of purchase by completing the online warranty registration at www.swelly.us/warranty.
2. Provide proof of purchase (original sales receipt or invoice) showing the purchase date and the name of the authorized retailer.
3. Submit a warranty claim by contacting Swelly™ Customer Care at hello@swelly.us and providing a detailed description of the issue along with supporting photos or videos, if applicable.
If a defect arises within the warranty period and meets the eligibility requirements, Swell LLC may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product, subject to availability, or provide a refund, subject to availability. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or external causes such as accidents or improper handling.
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL SWELL LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
